South Lafourche Roseau Cane Volunteer Planting – May 23, 2026

Volunteers are invited to join Restore or Retreat in South Lafourche for an upcoming Roseau Cane Planting.

This planting will take place along the west side of the South Lafourche Levee and is being funded with a grant from the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority’s Conservation and Restoration Partnership Fund.

Volunteers are needed to plant the first-phase of approximately 5,200 roseau cane plants at the outer foot of the levee on Saturday, May 23, 2026 in Cut Off Louisiana (at the end of W 107th St.)
