Terrebonne to host Coastal Day June 27

Terrebonne Parish and the Terrebonne Levee and Conservation District are hosting an interactive showcase of coastal protection on Tuesday, June 27 at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center from 3pm-8pm. The day will include educational displays, restoration equipment, informative panels featuring elected officials and coastal experts on policy and implementation, and plenty of discussion on levees, floodgates, non-structural risk reduction, and restoration.

It is free and open to the public– kids are also welcome and there will be free food! Click here to see a flyer, and do not hesitate to reach out to ROR if you have any questions or need more information.
